Many people like to cleanse their crystals when they first arrive — common methods include running water (for hardy stones), moonlight, sunlight, incense, or simply setting an intention. Note that some crystals (like selenite, malachite, and turquoise) shouldn’t be submerged in water. If you’re not sure, drop us a message and we’ll advise.

Crystals are natural, so every single piece is unique. You may see small variations in colour, shape, size, and pattern compared to our product images. We think that’s part of what makes them special — no two are ever exactly the same.

To keep your pieces looking beautiful, avoid contact with perfume, lotions, and water where possible. Store jewellery separately in a soft pouch or lined box to prevent scratching. Silver pieces can be gently polished with a soft cloth to keep them bright.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and typically arrive within 1–2 working days. European orders usually arrive within 5–8 working days, depending on the destination.
