All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept secure payments via major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and other trusted payment providers. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days. UK orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch. International shipping is available, with delivery times varying depending on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We hope you'll love your purchase, but if you change your mind, items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

• For hygiene reasons, earrings and certain aromatherapy products cannot be returned.

• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Please note that crystals and natural items may vary slightly in colour, size, and shape. Each piece is one of a kind and may differ from the product images shown — part of what makes them special.
