Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

​Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days. UK orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch. International shipping is available; delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you’ll love your purchase, but if you change your mind, items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings and certain aromatherapy products cannot be returned.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
