At Crystal Cove, we take great care to ensure your order is carefully packed and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days. During particularly busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer, but we will always endeavour to send your order as soon as possible.

UK Delivery

We use trusted delivery partners, including EVRi and Royal Mail Tracked 48, to ensure your order arrives safely.

• Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch

• Free UK delivery is available on qualifying orders over £50.

Tracking information will be provided where available.

International Delivery

We ship to a number of international destinations. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs procedures.

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes or local charges are the responsibility of the customer.
