Returning an Item

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items should be:

• Unused and in their original condition.

• Returned in their original packaging where possible.

• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, funds may take several working days to appear in your account.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs where possible. We will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
